    Applicants Internet Service Provider ( ISP )
    1. ISP must have the ISP license approved by NCC.
    2. ISP should apply to agents(LIRs) of TWNIC for IP addresses. But applications for large quantity of IP addresses are allowed to submit requests to TWNIC directly.
    3. ISP should follow 「TWNIC's Policies for IPv4 Address Space Management」.
    4. To become an agent (LIR), ISPs must submit their allocation proposal along with the ISP license approved by NCC to TWNIC. The IP address and Protocol committee will evaluate and approve its application. More information

    Ordinary Internet Users
    1. Ordinary Internet users should apply to agents( LIRs) of TWNIC for IP addresses. But applications for large quantity of IP addresses are allowed to submit requests to TWNIC directly (not for individuals yet)
    2. Ordinary Internet users should follow 「TWNIC's Policies for IPv4 Address Space Management」.
